Hi, I’m amanda. ☺
Content Strategist + Creator
Writer, DesIgner, + Video Maker
I started creating content in 2009 at Mevio, a Silicon Valley startup that evolved from Adam Curry’s podcasting empire. After earning my Series 7 and 63, I ghostwrote a book on emotional investing with a CFP.
Since 2013, I’ve worked across industries from finance to wellness, using visual design, video, and written content to engage, inform, and convert.
I have a BA in Communication from Saint Mary’s College of California, with a Digital Marketing certification from General Assembly. I am currently obtaining my UX Design Certificate from Google.
I don’t just create content—I measure, refine, and solve.

☞ My Style
I write for humans, but I don’t ignore the robots. My work is warm, clear, and real—built to connect while still playing nice with algorithms and search engines.
I bring boldness, humor, and zero patience for wasted time. Every word has a job to do. I think like a fact-checker (honed to SEC-level precision) and apply that same rigor to everything I create, whether it’s regulated or not. Because trust is hard to earn and easy to lose.
Money pays the gas bills, but helping my clients succeed is what keeps my internal pilot lit.
☺
What I Create
•• Emails that don’t get ignored •• Infographics that make complex stuff digestible •• White papers & case studies that don’t induce naps •• Carousels & reels that engage without being cringey •• Websites & landing pages that guide, not confuse •• Sales pages that convert •• Videos, graphics, blogs—whatever it takes to tell your story well.

☺ Built scalable content processes
for all of my clients including Docecuarenta, Children of the Night, and Merlot Medical Spa.
How I Work ☞
The Process
➊ Discovery Call – We start with a chat to make sure we’re a good fit. Think of it like a first date, but with fewer awkward silences and more talk about your goals.
➋ Deep Dive – I get into the who, what, and why of your business: Who needs you? What makes you different? Why should anyone care? Then, I build a roadmap to connect you with the people who’ll actually benefit from what you offer.
➌ Create – I retreat to my creative cave and work my magic—crafting messaging and materials that make people feel, trust, and take action.
➍ Refine – We test, tweak, and optimize, using feedback and analytics (not just vibes) to make sure everything hits the mark.
➎ Rinse & Repeat – Good content isn’t a one-and-done deal. We keep fine-tuning so your messaging stays sharp and relevant.

Whether I’m working with nonprofits, wellness brands, corporate, or luxury clientele my process is simple:
listen deeply, refine relentlessly, and create work that doesn’t just inform—it moves people.
>> I write for both humans and algorithms—balancing search optimization with storytelling that feels real, relevant, and human.
>> I approach my work like a scientist—testing, iterating, and always pushing for better.
Good content isn’t just about being seen >> it’s about being remembered—then converting ☺
☞ Let’s work together if:
☞ You need complex ideas distilled into clear, compelling content.
☞ You value brand voice, aesthetics, and strategic storytelling.
☞ You want content that doesn’t just exist but performs—measured, refined, and optimized.
☞ You appreciate collaboration, integrity, and a process that balances creativity with results.
☞ You need a tech nerd who digs into problems like a dog with a bone—obsessed with efficiency, systems, and making things work better.
☞ You want someone fluent in the tools that keep businesses running—generative AI, Airtable, Asana, Trello, Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Figma, Adobe Suite, and more.
